Summary

Machine-generated summary

VuB (Property and Construction, Freiburg office), supported by the University Hospital Freiburg in early service stages, seeks specialist HVAC and plumbing planning in four service stages covering health, heating, ventilation, cooling and building automation. Existing installations, mainly radiators, will be adapted for clinic use. Sanitary facilities will be reconfigured, partly barrier-free, with unused areas decommissioned and fittings removed where needed while retaining the basic structure. Scope includes reuse of stainless steel pipework, continued operation of the steam network, radiator replacement, reuse of heat recovery and exhaust air systems, a new IT cooling system and heating control adjustments. Limited duct routes, economical solutions for 15 years of use and complete documentation handover are required.
