Fachplanung, stufenweise beauftragt, die sich insgesamt auf die Leistungsphasen 1 - 8 in Anlehnung der HOAI beziehen. ALG 4 - Starkstromanlagen (HOAI § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 4) ALG 5 - Fernmelde- und Informationstechnik (HOAI § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 5) ALG 6 - Förderanlagen (HOAI § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 6) ALG 4 - Starkstromanlagen (HOAI § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 4) Versorgungskonzept: Anbindung Neubau primär an Technikzentrale P09 (Variante 1 bevorzugt, Variante 2 als Alternative bei Engpass), Funktionserhaltverkabelung vorgesehen. Hauptverteilungen: Neue GHV im Neubau, getrennte AV-/SV-Verteilung gem. DIN VDE 0100 Teil 710. Bestandsverteiler ggf. anpassen. Installationen: Elektroinstallation KGR 440 nach Klinikstandard (Beleuchtung DIN EN 12464-1, Erdung, Blitzschutz, Potentialausgleich). Betriebssicherheit: Redundante Einspeisung, Notstromversorgung über P09. ALG 5 - Fernmelde- und Informationstechnik (HOAI § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 5) Datennetz: Glasfaseranbindung LWL aus Technikzentrale P09. Aufbau sekundärer/tertiärer Knoten im Neubau. Brandmeldeanlage: Eigene, vernetzte BMA mit Aufschaltung an Hauptmelder über Bestand, Abstimmung Feuerwehr. Schwesternrufanlage: Vollständig mit Bestand vernetzt, Rufweiterleitung und Stützpunkt möglich. Kommunikation und Sicherheit: BOS-Funk nach Brandschutzgutachten, bauherrenseitige Messung der Signalstärke; Sicherheitsbeleuchtung nach DIN VDE 0100 Teil 710 bzw. 0108 Teil 100. ALG 6 - Förderanlagen (HOAI § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 6) Aufzug: Bettengängiger Aufzug, Tragfähigkeit ? 1.600 kg, Kabinenmaß ? 1,4 × 2,4 m. Erschließung: Haltestellen UG bis 2. OG (inkl. ggf. Technik-UG), barrierefreie Ausführung. Integration: Einbindung in Rettungswege, Brandschutzkonzept, Ersatzstromversorgung; Steuerung und Notrufsystem an Klinikstandard angepasst.
