Die zu vergebenden Leistungen umfassen Projektleitungs- und Projektsteuerungsleistungen in Anlehnung an das Leistungsbild nach AHO. Grundleistungen vergleichbar AHO 5 3 Leistungsbild Projektleitung (Heft Nr. 9, Stand 03/2020, 5.Auflage) Zu Leistungen der Projektleitung gehören folgende Leistungen: ? Vorbereiten und ggf. Leiten von Projektbesprechungen des Auftraggebers ? Umsetzen des Entscheidungs- /Maßnahmenkatalogs ? Sorgetragen für geeignete Kommunikationsinfrastruktur, etwa durch Einsatz von Kommunikationsplattformen zur Sicherstellung der ungestörten Kommunikation der Projektbeteiligten ? Rechtzeitiges Herbeiführen bzw. treffen der erforderlichen Entscheidungen bzgl.: o sachangemessener Projektorganisation unter Berücksichtigung der Nutzer- und Betreiberbelange o Projektcompliance ? Durchsetzen der erforderlichen Maßnahmen und Vollziehen der Verträge unter Wahrung der Rechte und Pflichten des Auftraggebers in dessen Namen ? Konstruktionen, Standard und Gestaltung) Der beauftragte Projektleiter übt die ihm übertragenen Rechte auf der Basis der ihm bei Vertrags-schluss übertragenen Vollmacht aus. Sofern vertraglich nicht etwas anderes bestimmt ist, werden Leistungen der Projektleitung für die gesamte Projektdauer beauftragt. Sie ermittelt die Projektziele, überprüft, analysiert, berichtet, führt Entscheidungen her-bei, wirkt mit in der Umsetzung im Benehmen mit dem Auftraggeber / der Projektleitung und überwacht den Erfolg.
