Er stellt sie als Software as a Service (SaaS) zentral für die eigenen Kunden in einer mandantenfähigen Architektur bereit. Die Leistung beinhaltet außerdem dem 3rd-Level-Support und die Schulung der internen Anwenderbetreuung. Der Anbieter räumt der Komm.ONE das alleinige Vertriebsrecht für Neukunden für den Heimatmarkt in Baden-Württemberg ein.
