Germany - Software packages and information systems - Framework agreement for the supply of Microsoft licences including consulting and support services

The buyer intends to conclude a framework agreement with one authorised Microsoft reseller for CSP and for Select Plus BMI, covering the provision of Microsoft 365 licences, Software Assurance for existing licences, and consulting and support services for Microsoft products. The framework agreement has an initial term of 36 months with a one-time extension option of 12 months, up to a maximum of 48 months. Supplies via the Cloud Solution Provider model include Microsoft 365 E5 EEA (no Teams), Microsoft Intune Plan 1, Visio Plan 2, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Server, Microsoft Defender Suite Add-on FLW and Microsoft 365 F3 EEA. Via Select Plus, joining the BMI framework contract, SQL Server Standard, RDS User CAL SA, Windows Server Datacenter and Exchange Server Standard licences are procured.
