Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen über die Beschaffung von GitLab Ultimate-Subskriptionen für die Institute und Einrichtungen der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft (MPG). Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung gemäß § 21 VgV mit einem Unternehmen über die Beschaffung von GitLab Ultimate-Subskriptionen für die Institute und Einrichtungen der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft (MPG) und ihrer assoziierten Einrichtungen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst folgende Leistungen: a) Beschaffung von 1.000 GitLab Ultimate-Subskriptionen (Self-managed) zur befristeten Überlassung sowie Softwarepflege b) Nachbestellung (Einzelabruf) weiterer GitLab Ultimate-Subskriptionen (Self-managed) zur befristeten Überlassung sowie Softwarepflege c) GitLab-Trainings d) Dienstleistungen (Beratung, Consulting,...)
