Summary

Machine-generated summary

Project management services are procured for a new building near the Semperoper in Dresden, set in the historic setting between the Semperoper, Zwinger park and the building 'Semper zwei'. The new building, within a defined building plot of maximum 26 x 26 m and 18.60 m height, first serves as an interim location for functions displaced during the roughly two-year general refurbishment of the listed Semperoper. It is linked at stage level via bridges with weather-protected connections. After refurbishment, the temporary fit-out is removed and the building becomes the permanent Semperoper Ballet Centre with two ballet halls of at least 5.50 m clear height, changing rooms, physiotherapy and fitness rooms, offices, sanitary areas, a permanently located sound studio and a rehearsal stage of around 18.80 x 18.80 m with at least 7.50 m working height and a turntable identical to the main stage.
