Description

Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung - Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 8 Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Sanierung der bestehenden Mensaküche im Mehrzweckgebäude Haus 4 auf dem Campus der HSF Meißen. Es sind Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppe 1, 2, 3 und 8 gem. § 53 ff i. V. m. Nr. 15.1 der Anlage 15 HOAI mit Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 2, 3 und 5 bis 9 auszuführen. Die Beauftragung der Gesamtleistung erfolgt an einen Auftragnehmer. Die HSF Meißen besteht aus der Hochschule Meißen (FH) und dem Fortbildungszentrum. Die Hochschule Meißen bildet in fünf Fachbereichen mittlere Führungskräfte für sächsische Behörden und die Justiz aus. Im Fortbildungszentrum können Beschäftigte der Staatsverwaltung ressortübergreifende Fort- und Weiterbildungen absolvieren. Der Campus befindet sich auf der landeseigenen Liegenschaft "Herbert-Böhme-Straße 11". Diese liegt rechtselbisch im Meißner Stadtteil Cölln, unweit des Stadtzentrums von Meißen. Die Bauarbeiten finden in einem Bestandsgebäude statt. Teile des Gebäudes sowie der umgebenden Liegenschaft bleiben weiter in Nutzung. Die Nutzung ist nicht mehr als unbedingt notwendig einzuschränken. Insbesondere Rettungswege sind ständig frei zu halten. Die Maßnahme unterliegt den Regelungen der Sächsischen Bauordnung (SächsBO). Die Baumaßnahme ist unter Einhaltung des veranschlagten Kostenorientierungswerts von 2,86 Mio. Euro brutto bis Ende 2027 zu realisieren.
