MBE Anlage - Multi-150-mm-Molekularstrahlepitaxieanlage Beschafft werden soll eine Multi 150mm- Molekularstrahlepitaxieanlage zum Wachstum von Antimonidischen und Arsenidischen III-V Halbleiterschichten. Durch die neue Anlage soll zum einen eine höhere Qualität der Schichten erreicht werden und Schichten mit höherer Reinheit und geringerer Defektdichte sollen hergestellt werden. Die Anlage muss in der Lage sein, mehrere 150mm Wafer simultan mit epitaktischen Heterostrukturen zu bedampfen. Die Anlage muss mit Rückziehbaren Aluminiumzellen ausgestatten sein, welche es erlauben das Aluminium während einer Wartung unter UHV Bedingungen eingeschmolzen zu lasdsen. Dies soll zukünftig die Reinheit der Schichten erhöhen.
