Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Umsetzung, Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Customer-Touchpoint-Strategie der BEG. Aufgabe ist es, die definierten Standards und Zielbilder entlang der Customer Journey im Schienenpersonennahverkehr (SPNV) systematisch gemeinsam mit den EVU umzusetzen, die Qualität der Umsetzung zu überprüfen sowie weitere relevante Touchpoints im Sinne der Strategie zu identifizieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Ziel ist es, im Rahmen der existierenden Marken- und Designrichtlinien, den Fahrgästen in Bayern eine bestmögliche Orientierung und Wiedererkennung im SPNV zu ermöglichen und damit zu einem positiven Reiseerlebnis beizutragen.
