Der Kulturbetrieb ist Mieter des Objektes; Vermieter ist die PVG TIETZ mbH.Zum Kulturbetrieb gehören die Einrichtungen Volkshochschule, Stadtbibliothek, Museum für Naturkunde, Kulturmanagement, die Abteilung Verwaltung/Querschnitt, ein Raum der Musikschule sowie das Stefan-Heym-Forum. Die Neue Sächsische Galerie ist Untermieterin der Stadt Chemnitz.Die PVG TIETZ mbH betreibt die Brandmeldezentrale des Objektes und verwaltet die im Erdgeschoss befindlichen Ladengeschäfte. Die Ausschreibung umfasst insbesondere folgende Leistungen: - Wachschutzleistungen - Durchführung von Kassengeschäften - Stellung von Brandwachen - Aufschaltung der Brandmeldezentrale auf eine 24-Stunden-Notruf- und Serviceleitstelle - Rücksortierung der Medien in der Stadtbibliothek Chemnitz - Museumsaufsicht im Museum für Naturkunde - nächtliche Bestreifung des Objektes und der Außenbereiche
