Description

Das Leibniz-Institut für Photonische Technologien e.V. schreibt für die Dünnschichtabscheidung eine Plasma-gestützte Atomlagenabscheidungsanlage (kurz: PE-ALD, engl. Ein Steuer-PC mit Monitor, Tastatur, Maus, entsprechender Software-Lizenzen und aktuellem Betriebssystem (Win 11) ist mitzuliefern.
