(1) Auftragsgegenständlich ist die Beschaffung und der Betrieb einer webbasierten CTI-Software (Computer-Telephony-Integration) für die Beratungstelefonie der Stiftung UPD. Im Einzelnen umfasst der Leistungsgegenstand: - Zweistufiges Setup und Integration: - Stufe 1: Bereitstellung einer browserbasierten CTI-Standardsoftware (Software-as-a-Service) mit individuellem Setup und Konfiguration entsprechend der Anforderungen der Stiftung UPD entsprechend dem Anforderungskatalog, inkl. Schulungen und Benutzerhandbücher für Administratoren sowie Anwenderinnen und Anwender - Stufe 2: Herstellung der technischen Integrationsfähigkeit mit der zentralen Beratungssoftware (Beratungscockpit - Individualentwicklung auf Open-Source-Technologien) der Stiftung UPD über offene, standardisierte API-Schnittstellen - Laufender Support und Wartung (SLA-basiert) während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit - Support bei konzeptionellen und technischen Anpassungen der Konfiguration nach Abnahme der Basiskonfiguration Stufe 1 Durch den Auftragnehmer abgedeckt wird sowohl das Basis-Setup Phase 1, als auch die technische Unterstützung zur Realisierung der Phase 2. Darüber hinaus auch die Übernahme von Support und Maintenance auf Basis einer Grundlaufzeit von 2 Jahren mit Option auf 2-malige Verlängerung um je 1 Jahr. (2) Einzelheiten zu den Anforderungen an die Leistung enthält die 3_Leistungsbeschreibung, der 4_Anforderungskatalog und die 5_Vertragsbedingungen.
