Auftragsgegenständlich sind die Weiterentwicklung und ganzheitliche Realisierung der Website für die Stiftung UPD sowie Dienstleistungen zur Konzeptionierung und Gestaltung der Unternehmenskommunikation der Stiftung UPD. Auftragsgegenständlich ist die Weiterentwicklung und ganzheitliche Realisierung der Website für die Stiftung UPD. Die Website muss als zentrale Informations- und Anlaufstelle für digital affine Menschen den Zugang zum Beratungsangebot der Stiftung UPD ermöglichen. Durch den Auftragnehmer abgedeckt wird sowohl die Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Plattform als auch die Übernahme von Support und Maintenance auf Basis einer Grundlaufzeit von 2 Jahren mit Option auf 2-malige Verlängerung um je 1 Jahr. Neben der Weiterentwicklung der Website umfasst der gegenständliche Auftrag auch Dienstleistungen zur Konzeptionierung und Gestaltung der Unternehmens-kommunikation der Stiftung UPD. Die digitale Präsenz bildet dabei den zentralen Ankerpunkt eines integrierten Kommunikationskonzepts, das sich über alle Kanäle - digital wie analog - erstreckt. Um eine konsistente und professionelle Außendarstellung zu gewährleisten, werden Grafik-, Konzeptions- und Kreativleistungen für sämtliche Kommunikationskanäle der Stiftung benötigt. Diese umfassen Printmaterialien, Präsentationen, Social-Media-Inhalte, Veranstaltungsformate sowie weitere Kommunikationsmittel, die alle das Corporate Design der Stiftung konsequent umsetzen und die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Zielgruppen berücksichtigen müssen. In diesem Zusammenhang sind Leistungen einer proaktiven, beratenden Partnerschaft auf Augenhöhe sowie weitere Dienstleistungen, insbesondere Schulungen, ebenfalls auftragsgegenständlich.
