Summary

Machine-generated summary

This tender procures research and development services and related consultancy for stationary street lighting in Germany. The project aims to reduce lighting levels and energy consumption while maintaining visual safety by analysing trade-offs between photometric parameters like luminance and uniformity. The goal is to develop new planning criteria and update existing standards to reduce light pollution and protect the environment.
