Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Bundesanstalt für Strassen- und Verkehrswesen procured research and development services to build a feature database that semantically links the German road-related standard OKSTRA with the international BIM standard IFC. The database maps OKSTRA object classes, BIM object catalogue objects and a harmonised subject significance list to IFC entities, property sets and classifications, and is to be provided as a machine-readable artefact via a standardised REST API. The contract was awarded to Zentrum für angewandte Forschung und Technologie e.V. on 2026-09-29 for EUR 327,004. The awarded price was 11% above the estimated value of EUR 294,117.
