Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer is procuring research and development services in Germany. The project involves creating a feature database to semantically and structurally link the national road standard OKSTRA with the international BIM standard IFC. This includes mapping OKSTRA object classes and a harmonised semantic list to IFC entities and classifications. The database must be machine-readable, accessible via a standardised REST API, and operated within the BIM-Portal.
