Summary

Machine-generated summary

The existing 400 Hz installations at Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Hangars 2, 6 and 7 are to be replaced with new rotating and static 400 Hz systems. Each bidder carries out commissioning and training of operating staff. Required capacity is 90 kVA with an output voltage of 200/115 V at 400 Hz. To minimize grid feedback (harmonics), the converter must use an active rectifier without an input transformer, ensuring soft start without high inrush current. Harmonic content must not exceed 5% at full load, the input power factor must be 1.0, and the inverter must include an isolating transformer. Two 90 kVA outputs with full GPU functionality and interlock capability are required.
