Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist ein Vertrag über die Bereitstellung und Pflege des Zeiterfassungssystems "ZEUS® eXperience" nebst Lieferung erforderlicher Hardware für die Gerichte und Justizbehörden des Landes Sachsen Anhalt. Das Aufgabengebiet des Auftragnehmers umfasst neben der Bereitstellung und Installation der in der Leistungsbeschreibung näher beschriebenen Soft- und Hardware auch die Migration der Bestandsdaten, die Softwarepflege (z. B. Updates), den teilweisen Serverumzug, den technischen Support und die Fehlerbehebung sowie die Einweisung und Ausbildung des Personals. Die Gerichte und Justizbehörden des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt nutzen zur Erfassung und Verwaltung der Arbeitszeiten ihrer ca. 3.000 Bediensteten überwiegend die Soft- und Hardware der ISGUS-Zeitwirtschaft ZEUS®. Die Zeitdatenerfassung erfolgt dabei sowohl über ISGUS Terminals als auch über eine Webanwendung. Um die bisher getroffenen Investitionen nutzbar zu machen, soll die bestehende Zeiterfassungsinfrastruktur beibehalten werden. Aus diesem Grund beschränkt sich diese Beschaffung auf ein Update der Software auf die Version "ZEUS® eXperience". Im Rahmen der Umstellung ist bei einigen Dienststellen der Austausch der vorhandenen Hardware erforderlich.
