Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen Lph8, Technische Ausrüstung (Befeuerung, Beschilderung, Befeuerungssteuerung): Objektüberwachung (Bauüberwachung) und Dokumentation. Die älteren Flugbetriebsflächen aus Beton weisen Schadstellen auf, welche auf Alkali-Kieselsäure- Reaktion (AKR) zurückzuführen sind. Anhand der Schadensbilder erfolgte durch die Flughafen Köln-Bonn GmbH (FKB) die Festlegung von Sanierungsabschnitte zur Erneuerung des Rollbahnoberbaus der vorhandenen Flugbetriebsflächen. Im Rahmen des gegenständlichen Bauvorhabens „AKR Sanierung Teil 1“ (kurz: „AKR1“) beabsichtigt die Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH (kurz „FKB“) im Zeitraum von April 2027 bis August 2029 die abschnittsweise Sanierung der Rollbahn A zwischen Apron F und der Rollbahn A2 und angrenzender Abschnitte der Rollbahnen A3 und E einschließlich Ertüchtigung der technischen Anlagen durchzuführen. Die vom AN zu überwachenden Elektroarbeiten umfasst im Wesentlichen die elektrotechnische Ausstattung in Außenanlagen; hier Befeuerungstechnik einschl. Rollverkehrszeichen und Kabelanlagen, die Befeuerungssteuerung - Innenanlagen Station VI.b. und IV, sowie Ingenieurleistungen (z.B. W+M-Planung für Elektrotechnik).
