Description

Lieferung und Installation eines Dual Beam Sputter Systems Die beabsichtigte Beauftragung beinhaltet die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme einer neuen, nicht gebrauchten Zwei-Ionen-Strahl-Sputter-Prozessanlage engl. Dual Ion Beam Sputter System (DIBS), im Folgenden als die Prozessanlage bezeichnet. Die Prozessanlage soll für folgende Prozesse zur Erforschung von Materialien und mikroelektronischer Bauelemente genutzt werden: 1) die Abscheidung von hochwertigen, dichten, metallischen und nichtmetallischen dünnen Schichten von einem Materialtarget in einer Vakuumprozesskammer; 2) die Abscheidung dieser dünnen Schichten soll sowohl in einer nicht reaktiven als auch in einer reaktiven Atmosphäre durchführbar sein; 3) die Durchführung von Vorreinigungs- und Ionenstrahl-Ätzprozessen soll möglich sein. Die Prozessanlage wird im Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung von mikro- und nanoelektronischen Bauteilen eingesetzt, so dass die Prozessanlage auch Wafer aus z.B. Silizium, GaN und SiC mit einem Durchmesser von bis zu 200 mm bearbeiten können muss. Die Anlage soll im Reinraum der ISO-Klasse 6 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1) des Auftraggebers im ersten Stock seines Gebäudes in der Nöthnitzer Straße 64a, in 01187 Dresden stehen und muss die Anforderungen an die Partikelfreiheit und die noch verfügbaren Flächen dieses Reinraumes erfüllen.
