Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die losweise Vergabe mehrerer Rahmenvereinbarungen mit jeweils einem Unternehmen über Druck- und Versandleistungen. Der Gemeinsame Bundesausschuss (G-BA) ist das oberste Beschlussgremium der gemeinsamen Selbstverwaltung der Ärzte, Zahnärzte, Psychotherapeuten, Krankenhäuser und Krankenkassen in Deutschland. Im Zusammenhang mit den ihm zugewiesenen Aufgaben ergeben sich verschiedene Informationsverpflichtungen gegenüber den Versicherten. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die losweise Vergabe von vier Rahmenvereinbarungen mit jeweils einem Unternehmen über Druck- und Versandleistungen zur Erfüllung dieser Informationsverpflichtung. Jede der vorgesehenen Rahmenvereinbarungen betrifft ein bestimmtes Druckerzeugnis bzw. ein Paket von mehreren Druckerzeugnissen - neben dem Mutterpass und dem Kinderuntersuchungsheft verschiedene Patienteninformationen. Die einzelnen Rahmenvereinbarungen haben eine Laufzeit von zunächst zwei Jahren, können aber vom Auftraggeber maximal zweimal um jeweils ein Jahr verlängert werden.
