Germany - School textbooks - Framework agreement for the supply of schoolbooks under the free learning materials scheme

The City of Fuerth plans to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of price-regulated schoolbooks supplied free of charge to pupils, together with digital media that replace schoolbooks, for public schools in the city area for the school year 2026/2027. The agreement may be extended annually up to a maximum date of 24.07.2030. The procurement is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers 19 primary and middle schools and 2 special education centres; Lot 2 covers 3 grammar schools; Lot 3 covers 2 secondary schools, 1 business school and 3 vocational schools. Only books officially approved for the free learning materials scheme through publication in the Bavarian State Gazette or the bulletin of the Bavarian Ministry of Education will be ordered.
