vorgezogene Genehmigungsplanung Leistungsphase 4 - Tragwerksplanung Die DEGES, Deutsche Einheit Fernstraßenplanungs- und -bau GmbH plant und realisiert im Auftrag der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und der Autobahn GmbH des Bundes den Ersatzneubau der Rudolf-Wissell-Brücke (RWB) im Zuge der A 100. Durch den Neubau der RWB soll die Brücke dem Wachsenden Verkehrsaufkom- men gerecht werden, ebenfalls wird im nördlichen Bereich das Autobahndreieck Charlottenburg mit den zugehörigen Anschlussstellen dem zukünftigen Verkehrsaufkommen angepasst. Dabei wird wie erwähnt, die Rudolf-Wissell-Brücke ersetzt, sowie weitere Bauwerke des ADC. Die Rudolf-Wissell-Brücke soll planerisch durch zwei Brücken, die nebeneinander verlaufen ersetzt werden. Dabei wird neben der bestehenden Rudolf-Wissell-Brücke auf der östlichen Seite eine neue Brücke gebaut, die RWB-Ost. Während der Bauzeit kann der Verkehr weiterhin über die Bestandbrücke fließen. Nach Fertigstellung der RWB-Ost und deren Anschlüsse auf die neue Brücke, wird der Verkehr über diese umgeleitet. Danach wird die Bestandbrücke zurückgebaut und durch einen Ersatzneubau RWB-West erneuert. In dieser Ausschreibung wird der Neubau der RWB-Ost behandelt. Die Planungsaufgabe umfasst die Genehmigungsplanung zur Tragwerksplanung Lph. 4 des gesamten Überbaus der Stahlverbundbrücke (Stahlverbundüberbau inklusive Lager für den Endzustand) der östlichen RWB. Ebenso umfasst die Planungsaufgabe die die Tragwerksplanung Lph. 4 für den Vorbauschnabel unter Annahme der Randbedingungen auf Basis der Entwurfsplanung.
