Description

Im Rahmen dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Mellowpark e.V., An der Wuhlheide 250, 12459 Berlin Auftraggeber. Dieser ist im vorliegenden Projekt aufgrund von öffentlichen Zuwendungen öffentlicher Auftraggeber im Sinne des § 99 Nr. 4 GWB. Für die Planung und Realisierung des Neubau BMX Halle Mellowpark in Berlin sind Bauphysikalische Planungs- und Beratungsleistungen für die Anwendungsbereiche Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung, Bauakustik und Raumakustik gem. Teil 5, Anlage 1.2 HOAI 2021 sowie die in der Leistungsbeschreibung näher beschriebenen Besonderen Leistungen erforderlich. Die Beauftragung erfolgt in Leistungsstufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsstufen besteht nicht. Der Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet, die Leistungen der weiteren Leistungsstufen zu erbringen, wenn der Auftraggeber sie ihm überträgt. Es gelten die Angaben aus § 3 des Vertrages Bauphysik IV 420.H F der A-Bau.
