Description

Planungsleistungen für die Ertüchtigung des Büchdorfer Tunnels als Baustellenzuffahrt. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise/optional beauftragt. Im ersten Schritt wird die Leistungsphase 1-3 der HOAI 2021 §47 und Anlage 13 beauftragt, danach ist vorgesehen die weiteren Leistungsphasen optional zu beauftragen. Ein unbedingter Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungen besteht nicht.
