Summary

Machine-generated summary

The town of Simmern intends to build a new municipal yard on a designated site covered by a development plan whose requirements must be strictly followed in further planning. The new facility should enable a modern, functional and economical operation and meet current and foreseeable future demands. An internal feasibility study, based largely on the requirements of the municipal yard staff, will be provided as a reference and starting point; planners are expected to critically review and further develop it. The estimated gross cost is about 4.0 million euros. The contract covers object planning for buildings under § 34 HOAI and outdoor facilities planning under § 39 HOAI, plus specific services, with chargeable costs from cost groups 300 and 400 under DIN 276.

Description

Kostengruppe 500 = 631.757,58 €
