Description

Die Kita Sonnenschein in Mengerschied soll energetisch saniert werden. Die Maßnahme wird durch EFRE (Europäische Fonds für regionale Entwicklung) gefördert. Der Bewilligungsbescheid liegt vor. Zum Teil werden auch Maßnahmen zum Hochwasserschutz gefördert, die in die Planungsleistung fallen. Die Auflagen des Fördergebers sind zu beachten und bei der Umsetzung des Projektes zu berücksichtigen und durch eine detaillierte Dokumentation zu belegen. Zur Ausführung kommen Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, Raumlufttechnische Anlagen und Sanitäre Anlagen. Das Projekt muss bis Ende 2027 fertiggestellt und schlussgerechnet sein. Gleichzeitig muss die Kita umgebaut und erweitert werden. Dazu liegt noch keine Planung vor. Vergeben wird bei diesem Verfahren gesamtwirtschaftlich die Planungsleistungen für die technische Gebäudeausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI 2021, Anlagengruppe 4 - 5. Die anrechenbaren Kosten belaufen sich wie folgt: Kostengruppe 440 - 40.428,57 € Kostengruppe 450 - 13.500,00 €
