Los 1 - Objektplanung Freianlagen Leistungsphasen 3 - 9 nach § 39 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 11 Nr. 11.1 Die Stadt Chemnitz plant die Neugestaltung der Außenanlagen der Jan-Amos-Comenius-Grundschule und Annenschule-Grundschule Comeniusstraße 1 in 09120 Chemnitz. Eine Vorplanung wurde bereits erstellt. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen der Objektplanung Freianlagen der Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9 nach § 39 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 11 Nr. 11.1. Die Beauftragung erfolgt entsprechend dem beigefügten Architekten-/Ingenieurvertrag mit Anlagen stufenweise, unterteilt nach einzelnen Leistungsphasen. Mit Zuschlag wird die Leistungsphase 3 der Objektplanung Freianlagen einschließlich der Besonderen Leistungen Mitwirken bei der Fördermittelbeantragung, -abrechnung und Erstellung des Verwendungsnachweises (LPH 3 - 8) sowie Kostenberechnung nach Gewerken in LPH 3 beauftragt. Die weiteren Leistungsphasen einschließlich der zugehörigen Besonderen Leistungen werden stufenweise vergeben. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungsphasen, auch nach Erbringung der ersten Leistungsphasen, besteht nicht. Kostenschätzung: Außenanlagen: KG 500 mit 1.890.756,00 EUR netto
