Description

Los 1 - Objektplanung Gebäude, Leistungsphasen 2 - 9 nach § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 Nr. 10.1 Die Stadt Chemnitz plant die Sanierung der Schwimmhalle am Südring, Max-Schäller-Str. 5 in 09122 Chemnitz. Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungsphasen 2 - 9 der Objektplanung Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 Nr. 10.1. Die Beauftragung erfolgt entsprechend dem beigefügten Architekten-/Ingenieurvertrag stufenweise, unterteilt nach einzelnen Leistungsphasen. Mit Zuschlag werden die Leistungsphasen 2 und 3 der Objektplanung Gebäude einschließlich zugehöriger Besonderer Leistungen (siehe 5.3 des Architekten-/Ingenieurvertrag) beauftragt. Optionen: Die weiteren Leistungsphasen sowie dazu gehörenden Besonderen Leistungen (siehe 5.3 des Architekten-/Ingenieurvertrag) werden stufenweise vergeben. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungsphasen, auch nach Erbringung der ersten Leistungsphasen, besteht nicht. Kostenrahmen: KG 200: 2.050,81 EUR netto KG 300: 3.188.012,18 EUR netto KG 400: 2.603.168,38 EUR netto
