Description

Die Hansestadt Attendorn beabsichtigt einen Umbau der Grundschule in Ennest. Ziel der Maßnahme sind bauliche Anpassungen, mit denen insbesondere die gesetzliche Vorgabe, jedem Kind einen verbindlichen Anspruch auf einen Platz in der offenen Ganztagsschule (OGS) zu ermöglichen, umgesetzt werden soll. Auch soll veränderten pädagogisch-didaktischen Anforderungen an den Betrieb einer Grundschule Rechnung getragen werden. Mit zweckgerichteten An- und Umbauten soll dabei eine deutliche Verbesserung der Grundschule in Ennest herbeigeführt werden. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die für das Vorhaben erforderlichen Architektenleistungen zum Leistungsbild Freianlagen. Insgesamt umfasst die Vergabe die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9, wobei eine stufenweise Beauftragung vorgesehen ist (siehe "Angaben zu Optionen"). Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die Architektenleistungen zum Leistungsbild Freianlagen für das oben kurz beschriebene und in der Leistungsbeschreibung näher erläuterte Bauvorhaben "Umbau Grundschule Ennest". Der Auftrag umfasst die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 für die genannten Leistungsbilder, wobei eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen vorgesehen ist. Neben den weitgehend übertragenen Grundleistungen werden ausgewählte besondere Leistungen übertragen. Das Nähere regelt die Leistungsbeschreibung.
