BA, Architektenleistungen nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 HOAI (Gebäude und Innenräume), Das Vorhaben umfasst die Unterbringung von Landesbehörden in einem bestehenden Gebäude durch umfangreiche Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen. Die Arbeiten beinhalten den Umbau von Gemeinschafts- und Sanitärräumen, Büro- und Lagerflächen, den Austausch der Beleuchtung auf LED, die Erneuerung von Bodenbelägen und Oberflächen, die Aufrüstung der Netzwerk-Infrastruktur sowie die Umsetzung von Sicherheits- und Brandschutzkonzepten. Darüber hinaus sind die Instandsetzung und der Umbau von Zugangseinrichtungen und Überwachungsanlagen, die Installation einer PV-Anlage und die Sicherheitsaufrüstung der Gebäudehülle samt Umzäunung des Geländes geplant. Die Maßnahmen bauen auf bereits durchgeführten Erneuerungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) und anderen Umbauten in den Jahren 2010-2015 auf. Die Bewerbung hat mit dem vom Auftraggeber vorgegebenen Teilnahmeantrag zu erfolgen. Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter ' https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/ ', abzugeben.
