Der Teilnahmeantrag ist abrufbar unter der oben genannten Internetadresse. Bieter sowie deren Nach- und Verleihunternehmer haben mit Angebotsabgabe die einschlägigen Verpflichtungserklärungen nach § 5 LTMG, einsehbar unter ' https://rp.baden-wuerttemberg.de/themen/wirtschaft/tariftreue/seiten/mustererklaerungen/ ', abzugeben.
