Südharz Klinikum - Elektrofachplanung zum Vorhaben Rekonstruktion und Funktionserhalt der internistischen Intensivstation a) Gegenstand dieser Vergabe sind die Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung/ Elektroplanung in den Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 (KG 440 und 450) in Bezug auf die Bauabschnitte 2 bis 5. Die entsprechende Fachplanung für den 1. Bauabschnitt ist demgegenüber - wie bereits ausgeführt - nicht Gegenstand dieser Vergabe. Die Technische Ausrüstung im Übrigen (Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 6 und 8 / KG 410, 420, 430, 460 und 480) wird bezogen auf alle Bauabschnitte 1 bis 5 gesondert vergeben werden. Die Anlagengruppe 7 (KG 470) wird von der Vergabestelle selbst ausgeführt werden. Bei allen hier einschlägigen Anlagengruppen der Elektroplanung werden die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß Anlage 15 der HOAI 2021 vergeben. b) Es werden zudem folgende Besondere Leistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung vergeben: - Auswahl und Vervollständigung der notwendigen Formblätter nach dem Vergabehandbuch (Pauschalhonorar - Leistungsphase 7 / Leistungsstufe 3), - Überwachung der Mangelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist (Zeithonorar - Leistungsphase 9 / Leistungsstufe 3) c) Im Übrigen wird hinsichtlich des Leistungsumfangs und der Honorarparameter auf den Vertragsentwurf (Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen) verwiesen. d) Voraussichtlicher Leistungszeitraum für die gesamte Technische Ausrüstung ist Dezember 2026 bis Juli 2035 (unter zusätzlicher Einbeziehung der Leistungsphase 9 [= 4 Jahre]. f) Die Objektplanung und die weiteren Fachplanungen, darunter die sonstige Technische Ausrüstung mit den Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 6 und 8, werden separat vergeben. Mehrfachbewerbungen sind zulässig. (Die Anlagengruppe 7 wird von der Vergabestelle selbst bewerkstelligt werden.)
