Planning services for technical building equipment, including electrical design, for the renovation of the existing Walkenried primary school building. The scope covers basic services in service phases 1 to 9 under HOAI Annex 15, relating to equipment groups 1 to 6. Additional special services include preparing the drainage application (lump-sum fee), selecting and completing forms from the procurement manual (lump-sum fee), and monitoring defect rectification within the limitation period (time-based fee). The expected service period runs from December 2026 to November 2032. Building and outdoor facility planning as well as other specialist planning are awarded separately; multiple applications are permitted.
