Summary

Machine-generated summary

The client procures general planning services for the conversion and extension of Building 28 at Klinikum Nuremberg, North Campus, to create a school for sick children serving 16 learning groups with 60 pupils of the child and adolescent psychiatry unit. Building 28, built in 1909 and listed as a historic monument, must be adapted with regard to heritage protection, integrating administration, staff and teaching areas. Ancillary single-storey buildings may be added. The scope covers all architectural and technical planning, consultation, site supervision and support services under HOAI service phases 2 to 9, including ancillary services, with a lump-sum price intended.
