Summary

Machine-generated summary

The municipality of Erkelenz is seeking planning services for the extension and energy refurbishment of the sports and multi-purpose hall in the Kückhoven district. The hall, built in 1956 and extended in 1980, serves school and club sports and is hired by local associations as an assembly venue under the SBauVO NRW regulations. The building has roughly 1,030 m2 of usable floor space, including a 305 m2 main hall. The works concern the renewal of the asbestos-contaminated roof cladding with better insulation, possible installation of ceiling radiant panels and a photovoltaic system, structural strengthening of the existing steel lattice girder framework, renewal of the lightning protection system, and repair of cracks and joint damage in the masonry of the auxiliary areas.
