Summary

Machine-generated summary

The city of Erkelenz (Germany) is procuring specialist planning services for technical building systems (TGA) as part of a comprehensive refurbishment and energy upgrade of the sports and gymnastics hall at Cusanus Gymnasium. The hall, built in 1965/66, is one of the oldest parts of the school complex, which serves around 1,600 students. The building shows structural defects including concrete corrosion, cracked and spalling concrete columns and wash concrete composite panels, uninsulated exterior walls, insufficient changing rooms and non barrier-free access. A core renovation is required.
