Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Goettingen is procuring architectural object planning and structural design services for the renovation of the underground car parks at the New Town Hall on Hiroshimaplatz. The building consists of a high-rise tower and a multi-storey extension, connected at ground floor level. Car park 'A', built around 1978 with three basement levels, has defective slope concrete with hollow spots and cracks, confirmed by expert reports; the previous planning contract ended early and the work involves planning and supervising defect removal and continuing repairs. Car park 'B' beneath the tower needs extensive renovation. Estimated renovation cost is about EUR 2.08 million gross.

Description

1. Sanierung des mangelhaften Gefällebetons ("Tiefgarage A") Die Tiefgarage "A" wurde ca. 1978 errichtet und umfasst drei Geschosse: das Sockelgeschoss (1 UG.) und zwei Untergeschosse (2. UG und 3. UG).
