Description

Beschaffung einer neuen Finanzsoftware für die Stadtverwaltung Speyer Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Implementierung und Inbetriebnahme einer modernen, zukunftsfähigen Softwarelösung für das doppische Finanz- und Rechnungswesen gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst darüber hinaus die Bereitstellung von Wartungs-, Pflege- und Supportleistungen sowie die Durchführung einer unterjährigen, vollständigen Migration des Datenbestands aus dem derzeit eingesetzten System "CIP" in das angebotene System. Die angebotene Lösung muss alle relevanten Fachprozesse des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens in einer integrierten Gesamtlösung medienbruchfrei und rechtssicher abbilden. Die Migration hat vollständig, revisionssicher, nachvollziehbar, konsistent und verlustfrei zu erfolgen. Hierbei sind sowohl Stamm- als auch Bewegungsdaten einschließlich historischer Datenbestände, Auswertungen und erforderlicher Verfahrensdokumentationen zu berücksichtigen. Ziel ist die Einführung einer leistungsfähigen, wirtschaftlichen und langfristig tragfähigen Lösung, die eine hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Zukunftssicherheit sowie die Einhaltung aller aktuellen gesetzlichen, fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen gewährleistet.
