Das Pfalzklinikum setzt derzeit SAP für die Bereiche Finanzbuchhaltung, Materialwirtschaft, Apotheke und Controlling ein. Der Support für das bestehende SAP-System wird jedoch zum Ende des Jahres 2027 eingestellt. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist geplant, eine ERP-Lösung, die aus ein oder mehreren Systemen bestehen kann, für die Bereiche Finanzbuchhaltung, Materialwirtschaft, Apotheke und Controlling auszuwählen und einzuführen. Ziel ist es, das SAP-System, welches aktuell für diese Bereiche im Einsatz ist, vollständig abzulösen und dabei den spezifischen Anforderungen des Pfalzklinikums und den geltenden gesetzlichen Vorgaben zu entsprechen. Die neue Lösung soll insbesondere eine prozessuale Standardisierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Abläufe unterstützen, Medienbrüche reduzieren sowie ein zukunftsfähiges, integriertes Berichtswesen ermöglichen. Für den künftigen Zielzustand wird eine moderne, interoperable Systemlandschaft angestrebt, in der die neue ERP-Lösung für Finanzbuchhaltung, Materialwirtschaft, Apotheke und Controlling über standardisierte Schnittstellen in die bestehende Anwendungslandschaft des Pfalzklinikums eingebunden wird. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt daher auf dem Austausch strukturierter Daten. Die Nutzung bereits vorhandener Technologien muss zudem ermöglicht und bestmöglich unterstützt werden. Die künftige ERP-Lösung kann entweder on-premises, in einer externen Rechenzentrumsumgebung oder als Cloud-/SaaS-Lösung betrieben werden. Das Vergabeverfahren wir voraussichtlich im Dezember 2026 abgeschlossen. Die neue ERP-Lösung ist bis Ende 2027 in Betrieb zu nehmen.
