Es wird keine Office Installation über eine Office 365 oder Microsoft 365 Lizenzierung gewünscht. Die Lizenzen benötigen keine Software Assurance. Es werden Volumenlizenzen mit KMS-Aktivierung gefordert. Deutsch als Sprachversion und Zeichensatz muss vorhanden sein. Gebrauchte Microsoft Office 2024-Lizenzen Professional Plus werden berücksichtigt, wenn die entsprechende Eigenerklärung bzgl. geeigneter Nachweise Erschöpfungsvoraussetzungen und Freistellungserklärung bei gebrauchter Software abgegeben wird (Nachweis der Rechtekette). - Lieferung von 1.200 Stück Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus LTSC Volumenlizenz. Die vorgenannten 1.200 Stück stellen die Mindestabnahmemenge dar. - Vorhalten und zur Verfügung stellen eines Volumenlizenzportals - Die Lizenz soll über den eigenen KMS Server der Stadtverwaltung Speyer ausgebracht werden. Die Lieferung erfolgt digital und umgehend nach Zuschlagserteilung (spätestens jedoch innerhalb von 7 Kalendertagen).
