Bereitstellung und Betrieb einer cloudbasierten Seminarmanagementsoftware als Software as a Service (SaaS) zur bundesweiten Organisation und Verwaltung der Seminare und Veranstaltungen der Deutschen Aidshilfe (DAH) mit einer integrierten Adressverwaltung (CRM), deren Funktionsumfang durch Konfiguration und individuelle Anpassungen (Customizing) ergänzt wird und bei Bedarf weiter ergänzt werden kann. Die Seminarmanagementsoftware muss sämtliche Prozesse von der Veröffentlichung und Pflege der Veranstaltungsangebote über eine Pflege von Adressdaten (CRM) inkl. Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten bis hin zur Nachbereitung und Auswertung in einer integrierten Gesamtlösung abbilden. Die Lösung ist auf ein Volumen von derzeit rund 500 Seminaren und 5.000 Teilnehmenden pro Jahr auszulegen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören insbesondere: Bereitstellung der Software einschließlich Hosting Einrichtung und erforderliches Customizing; Pflege, Wartung, Updates und Weiterentwicklung; telefonischer sowie E-Mail-Support; Migration der bestehenden Datensätze in das neue System; Durchführung von mehreren flexiblen Schulungsformaten für bis zu 20 Mitarbeiter*innen mit einer Gesamtlänge von insgesamt 8 Stunden. Bereitstellung dokumentierter Schnittstellen zu aidshilfe.de und CleverReach. Vertragsgrundlage: EVB-IT Cloudvertrag Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) Grundlaufzeit: 24 Monate; zwei Verlängerungsoptionen um jeweils weitere 24 Monate, maximale Vertragslaufzeit 72 Monate (vorbehaltlich der Zuwendungsgewährung).
