Summary

Machine-generated summary

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) is procuring a secretariat for its 'FRAUEN unternehmen' initiative. The contractor will shape the ministry's new priorities, develop measures and work with role-model women entrepreneurs to raise awareness of business start-ups among girls and women. Activities include outreach to general schools as well as vocational and higher education institutions, cooperation with other BMWE-funded programmes such as SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT-PREIS and 'Gründung in school', active participation in the joint action plan 'Mehr Unternehmerinnen für den Mittelstand', stronger public positioning including social media reach, and targeted expansion of the role-model network to include entrepreneurs from crafts, STEM, AI and digitalisation, eastern Germany, rural areas and business succession. Core tasks cover staffing, basic equipment for network coordination and project management, travel and internal and external communication, including an annual media concept.
