Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Konzeption und Ausarbeitung des Programms für die gesamte Unternehmensdelegation, die operative Vorbereitung der Reise, die Identifizierung und Einbindung geeigneter Partner und Experten sowie die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der Programmpunkte vor und während der Reise. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt in Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber und unter Berücksichtigung der nachfolgenden Eckdaten: Reisedatum: 21. bis 27. Februar 2027 (KW8 gebunden an der Messe Expo Manufactura in Monterrey, Nuevo León) Durchführungsort: Angebot für folgende Szenarien erstellen: Szenario 1: Mexiko-Stadt, Monterrey und Tijuana; Szenario 2: Mexiko-Stadt und Monterrey Branchen: Maschinen- und Anlagebau, Automation, Automotive, Industriedienstleistungen und -Zulieferung, Life Science Ziel: Durchführung eines Fachprogramms vor Ort mit interkultureller Sensibilisierung, Geschäftsanbahnung- und Vernetzungsgesprächen, Sondierung der Expo Manufactura, Projekt- und Unternehmensbesichtigungen sowie Maßnahmen zur konkrete Geschäfts- und Kooperationsanbahnung. Dauer des Aufenthalts: 6 Tage vor Ort / 2 Tage An- und Abreise Teilnehmer: Als Kalkulationsgrundlage ist von 10 teilnehmenden Unternehmen auszugehen. Die Teilnehmerakquise wird vom Auftraggeber (Thüringen International) durchgeführt. Die Teilnehmer werden grundsätzlich aus den o.g. Branchen eingeladen.
