Summary

Machine-generated summary

BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH has modified its framework agreement with Züblin Spezialtiefbau GmbH for demolition and special civil engineering works at the HKW Charlottenburg site, linked to new construction and infrastructure projects connected with the coal phase-out. The maximum value of the framework agreement was raised from EUR 68.8 million to EUR 140 million net on 07.07.2026 through a first amendment. Additional, changed and accelerated measures were agreed to achieve the contractually agreed project goals on time. The overall character of the agreement is unchanged and no new construction projects were added. An acceleration agreement with binding new deadlines was concluded, settling open amendments and questions on general and site overhead costs.

Description

(1. Nachtrag zum Rahmenvertrag vom 07.07.2026). Erweiterung des Höchstwertes des Hauptauftrages Bau-Rahmenvereinbarung Charlottenburg
