Description

Im Rahmen der Transformation des Wärmeerzeugungsmixes und zur Sicherstellung der Wärmeversorgung im Berliner Fernwärmenetz plant die Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH (BEW) die Errichtung einer Elektro-Heißwassererzeugeranlage (E-HWE) am Standort HKW Mitte. Die Anlage dient der Bereitstellung von bis zu 120 MW thermischer Leistung zur Einspeisung in das bestehende Fernwärmesystem. Die Errichtung dieser Heißwassererzeugungsanlagen wurde bei der Vergabestelle in einem Projekt zusammengefasst (hier als Gesamtprojekt bezeichnet), welches im Wesentlichen aus 4 (vier) Losen besteht: Los 2: Hoch- & Tiefbauleistungen zur Errichtung eines HWE-Gebäudes, Schaltanlagengebäudes und Trafogebäudes am Standort HKW Mitte (Baulos SGM) Los 1: Planung, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von 3 (drei) E-HWE à 40 MWth und Ersatz von 3 (drei) Fernwärmepumpen, inklusive dazugehörigem kompletten Anlagenbau am Standort HKW Mitte (EPC Light SGM) <-- NICHT Bestandteil dieser Bekanntmachung Los 3: Zwei (2) 125 MVA 110 kV / 22 kV Transformatoren für das HKW Mitte (PTSGM) <-- NICHT Bestandteil dieser Bekanntmachung Los 4: Zwei (2) 110 kV GIS-Anlagen mit Einfachsammelschiene, bestehend jeweils aus Einspeisefeld und zwei Abgangsfeldern, inklusive Schutz- und Steuertechnik, für das HKW Mitte (GISSGM) <-- NICHT Bestandteil dieser Bekanntmachung Bestandteil dieses Beschaffungsvorhabens ist das Los 2. Dieses beinhaltet u. a.: Die Bauleistungen zur Errichtung eines E-HWE-Gebäudes, Schaltanlagengebäudes und Trafogebäudes. Weiterhin sollen die Fundamente für Rohrbrücken geschaffen werden bzw. Bauarbeiten für unterirdischen Kanälen erfolgen. Die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) für alle Gebäude ist zusätzlich anzubieten.
