Summary

Machine-generated summary

BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH is tendering civil engineering and pipeline construction works for the renovation and capacity expansion of a district heating route in Lietzenburger Straße, Berlin. The section covers about 950 m between Sächsische Straße and Rankestraße, including house connections and distribution routes. Between Knesebeckstraße and Fasanenstraße the work is carried out jointly with NBB Netzgesellschaft Berlin-Brandenburg, including renovating and partially relocating a gas pipe DN 800. The scope includes excavation pits and support systems, restoration of surfaces, demolition of heating ducts, pipes and shafts, and new or modified shaft structures. The project is divided into seven construction phases, with about 800 m of existing pipes dismantled and about 1,000 m of new district heating pipes laid, while maintaining heat supply via temporary above-ground pipes.
