Description

Im Fokus der Maßnahme stehen Jugendliche und Heranwachsende im Alter zwischen 15 und 24 Jahren mit multiplen Vermittlungshürden und unterschiedlicher Arbeitsmarktnähe, die individuelle Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung einer beruflichen oder arbeitsweltlichen Orientierung benötigen. In besonders gelagerten Einzelfällen können Leistungsberechtigte über 24 Jahren an der Maßnahme teilnehmen. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, die unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen und Interessen von Männern und Frauen bei der Durchführung der Maßnahme zu berücksichtigen. Die Maßnahme dient zur Vorbereitung auf ein Arbeits- bzw. Ausbildungsverhältnis, wonach Letzteres den Schwerpunkt bildet. Im Fokus der Maßnahme steht die Erarbeitung einer beruflichen Perspektive, woran schließlich die Vermittlung in ein Ausbildungsverhältnis bzw. eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Tätigkeit anknüpft. Das Ziel der Maßnahme ist zunächst, grundlegende Aufbauarbeit zu leisten. Mit den Teilnehmern muss eine realistische Arbeitsmarktorientierung durchgeführt werden. Inhaltlich muss die Maßnahme ferner darauf ausgerichtet sein, dass sich die individuelle Lebenssituation der Teilnehmer stabilisiert. Die Laufzeit der Maßnahme erstreckt sich über einen Zeitraum vom 01.10.2025 - 30.09.2026. Die individuelle Teilnahmedauer beträgt 4 Monate. Vorgesehen sind 14 wiederbesetzbare Maßnahmenplätze. Der individuelle Einstieg ist wöchentlich möglich. Durch den Auftragnehmer ist ein verbindlicher Präsenzanteil von 20 Wochenstunden an 4 Tagen pro Woche sicherzustellen. Eine Mindestvergütung von 50% der maximalen Platzkapazität wird nach den ersten 3 Monaten Laufzeit garantiert bis 3 Monaten vor Ende der Maßnahmendauer. Daraus ergibt sich ein Zeitraum für die Mindestvergütung vom 01.01.2026 - 30.06.2026. Diese Mindestvergütung erfolgt nach dem Gesamtverlauf der Maßnahme. Bei einer erfolgreichen Arbeits- und Ausbildungsvermittlung in eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Beschäftigung während der Dauer der Maßnahme erhält der Auftragnehmer eine Prämie in Höhe von 1500,00 Euro je Vermittlung im Sinne von § 45 SGB III.
