- STEP- Start, Training, Einstieg, Perspektive. Aktuell bricht fast jede dritte Person in Ausbildung in Hessen ihre Ausbildung vorzeitig ab. Die Gründe hierfür sind vielfältig, aber häufig werden eine zu hohe Belastung, familiäre Probleme oder psychische Schwierigkeiten als Gründe benannt. Die Zielgruppe dieser Maßnahme ist sehr heterogen und umfasst junge Menschen im Alter von 16 bis 27 Jahren, die aufgrund vielfältiger Voraussetzungen bisher keinen Ausbildungs-platz auf dem ersten Ausbildungsmarkt gefunden haben und einer besonderen Unterstützung bedürfen. Es handelt sich um Jugendliche, denen es aus multiplen Gründen nicht möglich ist, eine Regelausbildung in Vollzeit zu absolvieren. Das Ziel dieser Maßnahme ist, benachteiligte junge Menschen in der Vorbereitung auf eine Berufsausbildung zu unterstützen und den Einstieg durch eine geförderte kooperative Ausbildung in Teilzeit eng zu flankieren, um im Nachgang eine Eingliederung in eine Regelausbildung (in Teilzeit) zu ermöglichen. Die Maßnahme unterteilt sich in insgesamt drei Stufen mit unterschiedlichen Zielsetzungen. Die Gesamtmaßnahme beginnt am 01.10.2026 und endet am 30.09.2030. Sie endet, ohne dass es einer Kündigung bedarf. Es sind 5 Maßnahmeplätze vorzuhalten. Eine Vergütungsgarantie für 3 Teilnehmerplätze wird von Seiten des Auftraggebers gewährleistet.
